Trade & white label
White-Label Plush Production for Distributors and Importers
Your Client Never Sees Our Name
Ferpar manufactures under your brand: neutral cartons, your item codes, your artwork, trade pricing by volume — and a written undertaking that we do not contact your accounts. You keep the relationship; we run the line.
Pain points
What Distributors Ask Us in the First Call
-
“Our client believes we make it in-house.”
Any factory branding on a carton, a polybag or a hang tag breaks that. Neutral packing is not a favour, it is the default.
-
“We need a quote back before we lose the enquiry.”
A distributor quoting in three days loses to the one quoting in three hours. Standard formats can be priced the same day.
-
“One container, six clients.”
Consolidating a mixed load is where margin quietly disappears. It has to be planned, not improvised at the port.
-
“We cannot absorb a late shipment.”
The penalty lands on you, not on us. Buffer and milestone dates need to sit in the order confirmation, not in an email.
-
“Our client asks for test reports in our name.”
Reports and declarations have to be issued to the party selling the goods, or the paperwork does not survive an audit.
The brief we need
Your item code, the quantity band, the destination port and whether the load is mixed. Those four produce a usable trade price without a discovery call.
How we work with trade partners
Built to Sit Behind Your Brand
-
White-label by default.
No factory name on cartons, polybags, hang tags or artwork. Your item codes, your logo, your branding — we print what you send.
-
Neutral carton marks.
Shipping marks, item codes and carton numbering per your specification. If your client opens a carton, they see your brand and nothing else.
-
Mixed loads.
Several items consolidated into one container or one air shipment, with a single set of documents and per-item packing lists.
-
A document pack, not a promise.
Specification sheet, pre-shipment inspection report, test reports and declaration of conformity, issued to your entity.
-
Non-solicitation, in writing.
We do not contact your accounts, do not use your designs for anyone else, and do not publish the work. This is a clause in the agreement, not a verbal assurance.
Engagement models
Four Ways Distributors Work With Us
Pick the one that matches how you sell. They can be combined on the same account.
| Model | What it means |
|---|---|
| OEM under your brand | Your artwork, labels and codes; we manufacture and ship neutral |
| White label from our range | Existing shapes and patterns, your colourway and branding |
| Drop-ship to your client | We ship to the address on your PO with your documents |
| Mixed container | Several items consolidated, one set of export documents |
| Sample support | Stock samples free of charge; custom samples charged and credited on bulk |
| Stock holding | Repeat items can be held and called off against a forecast |
Trade pricing is banded by annual volume rather than by single order, so a small first order does not lock you into a retail price for the year.
Process
From Enquiry to Container in Four Steps
-
Send the enquiry.
Item, quantity, destination port and deadline. If it is a repeat item, send the previous order reference and we skip most of the questions.
-
Get a trade price.
Same-day for standard formats, 24–48 hours for a new build. The quote states the volume band it belongs to and what would move it down.
-
Approve a sample.
Stock sample or a charged custom sample, credited against bulk. Nothing goes to production without a signed sample.
-
Ship and document.
Pre-shipment inspection, test reports, packing lists and certificates issued to your entity. Consolidated or direct, FOB or DDP.

FAQ
Trade Partner Questions
Will our client find out you manufactured it?
Not from the goods. Cartons, polybags, hang tags and artwork carry your branding only. We also sign a non-solicitation clause covering your accounts.
What are the trade price bands?
Bands are set by annual volume across all items rather than by a single order. The first quote states the band and the threshold that moves you to the next one.
Do you offer exclusivity on a design?
On patterns we develop for you, yes — they are not reused for another client. On stock shapes from our range, exclusivity is possible by market and volume.
Can you consolidate a mixed container?
Yes. Several items, one container or one air shipment, one document set. Consolidation has to be planned at order stage, not at the port.
What is the sample policy?
Stock samples are free; you cover freight. Custom samples are charged per piece and credited against the bulk order if it proceeds.
Who is the shipper on the documents?
You choose. We can ship as the manufacturer of record, or issue documents in your entity's name where the destination allows it.
How do you handle a quality claim?
A pre-shipment inspection report is issued before every load. Claims are assessed against that report and the approved sample, with a replacement or credit position within five working days.
Do you work with agents as well as importers?
Yes. Agents usually work on a commission-protected basis, which we record on the account so the commission is not lost when the buyer contacts us directly.
