100 pcs per design is the standard floor for sewn plush up to about 40 cm, and colourways of the same pattern can be mixed to reach it. It rises for three reasons: size (60 cm+ needs more cutting and filling labour, 200–300 pcs), process (all-over sublimation print on cut panels, around 500 pcs), and electronics (sound or light modules, 1,000 pcs, because the module itself has a MOQ).

Keychains, charms and small accessories stay at 100 pcs even across several designs, which makes them the cheapest way to test a new character.

A 3D render lands on day 3 from your sketch or character sheet; the physical sample follows in 7–10 days after you approve geometry, with two revision rounds included.

Two categories run longer: a carved EVA mascot head is 12–15 days because it is hand-finished, and anything with a sound module needs a function test before it ships. Our sampling room is in-house, so a revision does not queue behind another client's production — that is the difference between a 10-day and a 25-day answer.

On most constructions we run a 50-piece trial at a unit surcharge, quoted as its own line rather than blended into the bulk price, so you can see what the trial actually costs. Trial and bulk are quoted on the same sheet with the same spec.

What we will not do is let a trial run on a cheaper fabric than the bulk order; that produces sell-through data you cannot use. If the trial converts, the next order is priced at normal bulk rates and the approved sample becomes the golden reference.

EN 71-1/-2/-3 plus a CE declaration of conformity for the EU; ASTM F963 plus CPSIA for the US; and material-level reports for fabric, dye and filling. Testing is priced per SKU, and per colour where the dye lot changes, as a visible line item rather than something absorbed invisibly.

We sign an NDA before reviewing artwork, and after more than a decade of OEM production we would rather tell you a test will fail at sampling than at the port.
