Custom Food Plush Series & OEM Plant Plush Toys, Engineered to Hold Shape

Ferpar is a creative shaped plush manufacturer for independent designers, cafés, gift brands and collectors. We turn irregular shapes, such as mushrooms, fruit and dumplings, into plush that keeps its form after packing and shipping. From 100 pcs per design. 3D prototype in 3 days. NDA protected.

Ferpar Custom Food Plush Series & OEM Plant Plush Toys, Engineered to Hold Shape

Wholesale Food Stuffed Animals and Plant Plush That Match Your Artwork

Irregular shapes fail when a factory uses a generic pattern. We build from your 3D proportions, run internal structure tests and match color against the original illustration, so your plush looks like your concept at unit 1 and at unit 5,000.

We cover wholesale food stuffed animals, plant plush and abstract creative shapes for retail, crowdfunding and brand collaborations.

How We Keep Odd Shapes Looking Right

Shape engineering

Complex forms like mushroom caps and fruit curves are patterned in 3D, not guessed from 2D art.

Structure that survives shipping

Internal baffles and firm-fill zones hold shape after vacuum compression.

Color fidelity

Red, green and cream tones are lab-dip approved to stop strawberries turning pink.

Surface detail

Embroidered seeds, stitched textures and printed details are positioned from your art.

Series consistency

Multi-SKU collections share one fabric lot per color for uniform tone across the range.

Custom Food & Plant Plush: Print Fastness, Weight and Season Timing

The four production questions behind a food plush that photographs well and still looks right in month six.

Own sampling room · 10+ years OEM · NDA before file review

Ask a production question
Printed or dyed fabric — which holds colour through washing and sunlight?

For gradients, crust texture and sesame-level detail, sublimation print on white short pile is the only process that holds: the dye goes into the fibre, so it survives washing at grade 4 or better on the greyscale and does not crack. Screen print sits on top of the pile and flakes along fold lines. For solid colours, dyed fabric is cheaper and more abrasion-resistant.

For window displays we specify light-fastness and send a wash-and-light test card with the sample, so your buyer sees the delta before committing to 5,000 pieces.

How do you make a bread slice or a croissant read as food, not as a cushion?

Weight and loft. Food plush needs a flat, dense profile: 8–12 mm loft instead of a pillow's 40 mm, a blend of PP and bean-bag pellet in the base so it sits and slumps like the real thing, and stitch-line quilting to break the surface into crumb or flake structure.

Fill weight is tuned per silhouette — a baguette needs a different core from a macaron. This is one category where photos lie about hand-feel, so we always ship a physical sample.

Leaf and stem shapes need structure. Is wire safe, and how does it ship?

Not in anything a child can reach. Rigid wire inside a child's plush fails the EN 71-1 bending requirement and is a straight liability; we use PET boning strip or a double-layer fabric tube instead, which holds a curve and springs back without a hard core.

If a display prop genuinely needs wire — a life-size plant for a shop window — we build it as a non-toy prop, label it accordingly and print the warning on the carton. Shape retention across a container is checked with our own compression test before loading.

We sell seasonal drops. What is the calendar from brief to shelf?

Work backwards. Sampling is 7–10 days after design approval, bulk is 25–35 days, sea freight to the US or EU is 30–35 days plus customs — so a shelf date needs the brief roughly 12 weeks ahead, and a Lunar New Year shutdown adds two to three weeks you cannot recover.

For a six-week window we hold a sampling-room slot at brief stage and quote air freight on the sample only. MOQ is 100 pcs per design and mixed SKUs can share a carton, which is exactly how a seasonal test buy stays affordable — our in-house sampling room exists so that test does not eat the season.
