EVA & 3D Carving Mascots
Best for durability and premium look. Sculpted high-density EVA heads for sports clubs, theme venues and long-term brand characters. Built to be repaired, not replaced.
Ferpar is an OEM mascot supplier building character costumes for brands, sports clubs and event agencies. You deal with the factory that sculpts, sews and packs your mascot, so quotes are traceable and delivery dates are firm. NDA signed before any file review.

Most buyers who search for mascot costume factory price find a range that varies wildly. The difference sits in head construction, material density, ventilation, and whether the quote includes crating and freight. We itemize all of it, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
We build custom mascots for sale in bulk or as single hero characters. Our production line covers 3D design, carving, fur-work, painting, sewing and export packing under one roof.

Ask a production questionBecause a mascot is labour, not tooling. A carved EVA costume is built one at a time from a sculpt: MOQ 1–5 pcs, and a single unit is a normal order. An inflatable is 1–3 pcs, since the shell is pattern-cut and heat-sealed. A plush walk-around sits at 20–50 pcs, because the head is pattern-sewn and the body is essentially a large soft toy.
If you need one costume for a launch and 200 plush versions for retail, those are two production lines. We quote them separately, and we will tell you which one to place first.
A carved EVA head is 12–15 days of hand work after the sculpt is approved; a full costume with a fitting round is 20–25 days. An inflatable is faster — 10–15 days including a print proof — because there is no sculpt to carve. Add 30–35 days of sea freight, so a mascot for a fixed event date needs roughly 10 weeks.
We build the fitting into the schedule instead of treating it as an extra, because a costume that arrives two sizes wrong cannot be fixed at the venue.
Yes, and we prefer it. You send a measurement sheet — height, shoulder width, arm length, inseam, head circumference — and we build to that rather than to a nominal size. Vision windows go on the wearer's actual eye line, which is the single most common failure in off-the-shelf mascots.
One refit round is included. For touring characters we keep the pattern and sculpt on file, so a replacement unit matches the original without a new build.
You do. Sculpt, pattern and 3D files are your property, and we do not reuse a character for another client — that is a contractual term, not a courtesy. An NDA is signed before we open the file, samples are watermarked for approval only, and working files are deleted at project close on request.
If you later move production, the patterns go to you. Holding a client's geometry hostage is a short-term business model, and we have been doing this for over a decade.
