Inflatable Walking Suits (2–3 m)
Performer wears a fan-powered suit. Ideal for street promotion and openings.
Ferpar is an OEM inflatable mascot supplier producing walking suits and giant inflatables for promotions, launches and events. Heat-sealed seams, quiet low-noise fans and rechargeable battery packs shipped to international rules. 3D prototype in 3 days. NDA protected.

Inflatable costumes fail in three places: seams that leak, fans that are too loud, and batteries that die mid-event. As an inflatable advertising costume factory, we test each of them before delivery.
A finished inflatable folds into a small carton, so freight is lower than for EVA mascots. We cover custom inflatable mascots from 2 m walking suits to 5 m display giants.

Buyer FAQ · Inflatable Mascots
Four questions that decide whether an inflatable suit survives a full event day — answered with the numbers we actually build to.
Own sampling room · 10+ years OEM · NDA before file review
Ask a production questionA 1.8 m advertising suit draws 0.8–1.2 A from a 12 V DC blower. On the 7 Ah sealed lead-acid belt pack we supply as standard that is 2.5–3.5 hours of continuous inflation; the 10 Ah lithium pack runs 4.5–6 hours and weighs 1.1 kg less, which matters when the performer is walking a trade hall for eight hours.
Cold is the real variable. Below 5 °C a lead-acid pack loses roughly 30% of usable capacity and a lithium pack 15–20%, so for winter activations we quote two packs plus an inline switch harness the wearer can reach through the back pocket. Recharge is 4–6 hours, and packs ship with UN38.3 documentation for air freight.
An inflatable is not sealed — it is a controlled leak. Air enters at the blower intake and leaves at the collar ring and cuff vents, so the suit turns over its internal volume every 40–60 seconds. We match the exhaust gap to the blower so the shell stays taut without pressure building at the seams.
Above 25 °C we add a second low-noise intake at the lower back and route it across the torso rather than the face, then test the suit for 30 minutes on a walking wearer before it ships. Humidity is the harder limit: a 190T PU-coated nylon traps far less heat than a 210D oxford, which is why the coated shell is our default for indoor mall work.
Three parts, three routines. The removable polyester mesh liner and the gloves go in a cold machine wash. The printed shell is wiped inside and out with neutral detergent at 30 °C, rinsed with a damp cloth, then hung fully inflated with the blower running for 20–30 minutes — drying it folded is what grows mildew in the seams and lifts the print. The PVC vision window takes 75% alcohol only, never solvent. Blower and battery are quick-release and never get wet.
Store with two silica packs in the carry bag, never inside a sealed plastic bag, and never on a concrete floor for a season: damp concrete is the most common cause of a musty suit at the second event.
Vision is designed, not left to chance. We place a 180 × 120 mm clear window on the performer's measured eye line plus a mesh panel at chest height for the ground two metres ahead. The suit is built to the wearer's height rather than a nominal size, because a window 8 cm off the eye line is unusable in practice.
For mobility we cut a leg gusset sized for a 40 cm step, set glove reach at arm length plus 40 mm, and hold total suit weight under 4.5 kg. Every inflatable gets a fitting round with your performer or our 175 cm mannequin, filmed and sent for approval before packing. Files are reviewed under NDA, and our in-house sampling room can cut a walk-in test shell in 7 days so your talent tries the geometry before production is committed.
