Full-Body Mascots
Head, body suit, gloves and shoes for brand and team characters.
Ferpar is an OEM mascot costume supplier for sports teams, brands and event agencies. Heads are 3D-carved from high-density EVA, weight-optimized and ventilated for 2–3 hour performances. 3D prototype in 3 days. NDA signed before file review.

A mascot fails when the performer can’t breathe, see or move. As a durable custom mascot manufacturer, we design the interior first: airflow channels, weight balance, eye-line and headband fit. Then we sculpt the exterior to match your character.
We are a factory, not a trading company. 3D modeling, CNC and hand carving, painting, fur-work and costume sewing all run in-house. Send a sketch, 3D file or brand guideline.

Vents are placed before carving, keeping the face area cooler. An optional fan module adds forced air.
Hollowed shell with reinforced stress points. Heavy heads cause neck fatigue and early returns.
We test eye-line with a wearer, not just in 3D.
Multi-layer seam bonding, UV-resistant paint, reinforced ear and horn joints.
Replaceable mesh, liners and straps. We supply spare-part kits.

Buyer FAQ · EVA Mascots
The four spec decisions that separate a costume lasting three seasons from one that cracks in six weeks.

Ask a production questionA full walk-around suit lands at 5–7 kg, of which the head is 1.5–2.2 kg. Weight is a wall-thickness decision: standard EVA runs 60–80 kg/m³, and a head carved at 15 mm walls weighs nearly twice one at 8 mm for the same silhouette. We CNC-carve the block, then hand-finish to 8–10 mm on the head and 5–6 mm on body plates, adding internal ribs only where the shape needs them.
Plan 20-minute sets with a 10-minute break. Past 45 minutes continuous, fatigue shows in the shoulders first and the character starts to read as tired on camera — which is a marketing problem, not a comfort one.
Yes — by not painting across a hinge. We cut a living hinge at elbow, knee and waist, chamfer the EVA edge, seal it with a two-part primer and finish with a flexible 2K polyurethane topcoat that elongates with the foam. Acrylic spray over an unprimed edge is what flakes. Flex panels are cycled before release, and the flex zones are the first thing our QC photographs on the finished suit.
If a previous supplier's coating failed, send us the failed panel. We will tell you which layer let go — primer, colour or clear — and specify accordingly.
Two 40 mm vents sit behind the ears where the silhouette hides them, screened against confetti and hair. Air moves through the wearer's own motion, with a small 5 V crown fan for long parade routes. The lens is 2 mm anti-fog coated PET set at a slight downward angle so condensation runs off instead of pooling, and the mouth area is open mesh so exhaled air never reaches the eye window.
For cold-weather events, where fogging is worst, we add a chin baffle that deflects breath sideways. It is a two-minute change at sampling, and worth specifying up front.
The sweat band and inner liner unzip and machine-wash cold. The shell is wiped with a damp cloth and neutral detergent, never soaked, and EVA must dry flat away from direct heat or it warps. Store the head on a form — left on its face it flattens within a month.
For freight, body plates are designed to nest, which brings a 1.8 m suit down to roughly 0.35 m³ against 0.6 m³ for a non-nesting build, and that gap decides whether you pay for one pallet or two. Our sampling room builds the first unit by hand in 12–15 days, so a single-costume order is a realistic way to start.
